Travel Design
Starting at $300 per trip
If you don’t yet have a finished itinerary, this is where to start.
This is a service for Travelers who have a destination or rough idea in mind and want expert direction, but are happy to handle the day-to-day bookings themselves.

Say you know you want a week in Portugal this fall but aren’t sure how to structure it. We refine the route — a few days in Lisbon, then the Douro Valley — recommend a few vetted hotels for each with notes on why, and map the pacing so the trip flows. You take that plan and book the details yourself, using our recommendations as your guide.

Travel Design focuses on strategy and recommendations. Day-by-day itineraries, concierge services, and extensive booking support are reserved for Full-Service Planning.
Full-Service Planning
Starting at $750 per trip
Travelers who want every detail handled and prefer not to manage logistics themselves.
Picture a two-week anniversary trip to Japan. We design the full itinerary — Tokyo, Kyoto, a ryokan in Hakone — book your hotels, secure restaurant reservations and a private tea ceremony, arrange rail passes and transfers, and deliver a complete day-by-day itinerary before you leave. While you travel, we’re on hand to adjust anything that comes up.

A note about support while you travel.
On-trip support (included with every planned trip): While you’re away, we’re reachable for the things that go sideways — a delayed flight, a hotel mix-up, a reservation that needs changing. We step in and advocate for you so a hiccup doesn’t derail your trip.
24/7 concierge service (Full-Service Planning and The Atlas Circle): This goes further — proactive, around-the-clock access not just for problems, but for anything that would make the trip better: a last-minute dinner reservation, a spa booking, a local recommendation at 11pm. Think of on-trip support as our safety net, and concierge service as a personal travel assistant on call.​

The Atlas Circle is an ongoing, year-round partnership: rather than starting fresh each time, you have a dedicated advisor who already knows your preferences and handles every trip with the same care and consistency.
